Shenyue Technology is an expert in injection plastic moulding and rubber compression moulding. Supported materials include Prime plastics, recycled plastics, polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS, acrylic, nylon, polycarbonate, polyester, styrene, EPDM, silicone and more. Plastic injection clamping forces range from 230 to 560 tonnes and can support injection sizes up to 80 ounces. Our moulding process is capable of achieving a maximum plastic area of 480 inches.

Shenyue Technology welcomes one-off/prototype or mass production orders. Lead times for production orders range from 2 to 3 weeks, with an additional 8 to 10 weeks if new tooling is required. With a full team of tooling engineers, Shenyue Technology offers additional design, engineering, reverse engineering and packaging consulting.
